These terms cover your use of upstatepoolcovers.com and our text messaging program. This website and our customer messaging system are operated on our behalf by ED Ventures LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company.

SMS Terms

Program: Upstate Pool Covers customer messages. When you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Upstate Pool Covers about your request, such as replies to your questions, quote follow-ups and scheduling.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages; you will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 864-735-8256 or upstatepoolcovers@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Quotes and ballparks

Prices given on a call or as a ballpark are estimates. Your firm price is the written quote we send after measuring your pool. Orders are placed with a 25% deposit, with the balance due on installation, unless your written quote says otherwise.
